Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you choose to share with us - your name, email, company, and project details - when you submit our contact form or book a call. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.

If you apply for a role with us, we also collect what you submit in the application - your name, contact details, and resume - to evaluate your application.

We do not sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties except the tools we use to operate: email delivery for all submissions, and, for job applications, Google Sheets and Drive to track candidates and store resumes. Data is shared only as needed to process your enquiry or application.

We’re happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion. To request access to or deletion of your data, email connect@theokcompany.in.
